The collaborating partner is an essential person for the fulfillment of ProyectARG aim, because with his funds, can step the actions in course and at the same time, promotes the improvement and expansion of them.
The resources (human and/or material) received, are given to the projects and actions focused on children, adolescents and adults attending the organizations of formal and informal education located in different areas of Argentina.

1. Take part in the activities organized by the Asociación related to the fulfillment of its aims.
2. Elect and be eligible for managerial positions.
3. Receive information about the agreements taken by the organs of the Asociación.
4. Monitor the activities in person or by the Boletines de Transparencia (Transparency Bulletins)
5. Take part in the meetings, but not as a full member.
6. Receive information about the agreements taken by the organs of the Asociación.
Duties
1. By express will of the person by means of a written notice addressed to the President of the Board of Management.
2. By decision of the Board of Management, the reasons to lose the condition of partner are:
a. Use the Asociación Civil in order to obtain a profit from it, directly or indirectly, except in the case that this profit were received direcly from the Office of Treasurer (Tesorería) of the Asociación.
b. Reject several times to fulfill the support commitments acquired with the Asociación. |
